AQUAROBICS

Aquarobics is a 45 minute exercise program in water to music, designed to improve fitness, flexibility, strength and muscle tone.  Our warm aquatic environment is gentle on joints, reducing the risk of injury whilst providing an effective and enjoyable workout.
